FACILITIES
We provide the highest quality emissions measurements at a reasonable price.
Here are some useful features available on both our commercial 10m test sites: - Complete emissions scans in 2-4 hours. 100% accurate, repeatable and reliable data
- Full TCB compliance services for quick 1-2 day FCC or IC turnaround.
- Dedicated client test facility all day long if you want it! (one lab, one engineer, one client)
- Underground isolation rooms for remote locating of client host equipment.
- Flexible lab hours available in 2 hour increments.
- Dedicated test equipment for each test facility. (No sharing of lab equipment)
- Conveniently located in South Orange County (Enjoy the ride)
- Both test sites globally accredited and calibrated from 9 KHz - 40 GHz.
The noise stops here. Normally within 2-4 hours Aegis test engineers can identify and measure all radiated spurious measurements from your equipment. Take your pick using one of the two Open Area Test Site (OATS) available at your leisure. Should you need a quick fix or re-scan then our technical management will gladly provide their consulting expertise at no additional charge.

Good news. Our state-of-the art Avionics test lab is up and running. Most of these tests involve some level of automation using the most up-to-date equipment and training presently available to the EE community.
While automation is only as successful as the person running the system, we feel that the safest approach to running compliance measurements requires more than just fancy lab equipment and "conveyor belt" testing. Our methods are simple. Place the client in one test location and bring all company resources to that location for mitigation, test, rework, consulting whatever necessary to put the customer first. It is in this philosophy that has enabled our clients to achieve their compliance goals with the minimum of effort and money.
